It is characterised by a slightly sweet and sour taste which is comparable to the fruity flavour of berries. The chocolate delivers a silky smooth sensation from beginning to end. The visual delight of the ruby chocolate derives from the ruby cocoa bean with no added colours or flavours.

 40% cocoa solids minimum: sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, MILK powder, SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract, caramel (sugar, glucose syrup, sweetened condensed MILL, salted butter (MILK), water) sodium bicarbonate, sea salt flakes.
